Attorney Cody brings a vast array of experiences to the practice of law with 25 years in the US Army, practicing law as a Judge Advocate General, serving combat tours in Iraq, trying felony cases as both a prosecutor and defense attorney and litigating cases in the Dept. of Justice Environmental Natural Resources Division. As a Judge Advocate Colonel Cody was selected to serve as the Staff Judge Advocate (Senior/Managing Partner Attorney) for four consecutive Commands, a rare and distinguished privilege. Additionally, he has earned the Bronze Star and the Legion of Merit four times. Upon retirement from the Army, Attorney Cody taught immigration law and Fourth Amendment Law at the Border Patrol Academy until he jumped at the chance to practice with his old law school partner John Daniels.
When Timothy is not hard at work, his hobbies include all things outdoors, sports, history and cooking.
